Top Navigation and Maps Apps in Chile on iOS: Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications on iOS in Chile showcased varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 9.6K at the beginning of April and peaking at approximately 13.6K by mid-June. The app maintained a strong presence with weekly active users hovering around 700K, demonstrating consistent engagement throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic exhibited fluctuating download numbers, with a notable peak of around 6.9K in mid-April. Its weekly active users ranged from 538K to 647K, indicating a dynamic user base that varied over the months.

Red Regional, despite no revenue generation, had a consistent but declining trend in downloads, starting at 2.9K and gradually decreasing to 2.2K by the end of June. This trend hints at a modest but steady interest among users.

Google Earth experienced a gradual increase in downloads, peaking at about 2.2K in mid-June. The app’s active user base showed a rise from 28.8K to a peak of 38.8K in May, before stabilizing towards the end of the quarter.

Lastly, GeoVictoriaApp maintained a relatively low but consistent download rate, with numbers fluctuating between 769 and 1.2K. This application did not report active user metrics, focusing on its download trends.
